In some instances, the Franchisee may want a specific territory with several restaurants and want to obtain the exclusive rights to develop and operate Muscle Maker Grills in the specified territory.

Muscle Maker Grill will allow this in some instances to maintain consistency in the market. We will do an analysis to determine the potential Franchisee's ability to finance the development, attain qualified managers and ensure their background is conducive to multi-unit operations. Our analysis is not a guarantee, warranty or promise that the multi-unit arrangement will achieve a level or any level of success. Rather it reflects our conclusion that the Franchisee and the territory meet our criteria for a multi-unit relationship.

If approved, the Franchisee will sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement that will include a development schedule. This schedule will outline the number of Muscle Maker Grills that will open in a specified time frame. The Franchisee will be required to pay the then current initial Franchise Fee and make a deposit for each unit that will be built. A separate Franchise Agreement will be required for each restaurant.
