The Investment

Our franchisees are closely tied to the communities in which they serve. In order to open a Muscle Maker Grill restaurant, a franchisee must have $100,000 in liquid assets and a minimum net worth of $250,000.

We design Muscle Maker Grill restaurants to keep your costs low. A franchisee's complete investment will depend on the store location, size and extent of renovations required.

Initial startup costs include the Franchise Fee of $35,000, leasehold improvements and equipment, and ongoing payments include a 5% Royalty Fee, 1% National Advertising Ad fund and 2% Local Restaurant Advertising fee. There is a possibility that in some markets where critical mass has been reached the potential for the 2% Local Advertising fee may be replaced by a 2% cooperative advertising fee.

This information does not constitute a franchise offering. Franchise offerings can only be made by a Franchise Disclosure Document. The franchise is not being offered to residents of states requiring registration unless the franchise offering is currently registered and the Franchise Disclosure Document is effective in the state.
