This is also an opportunity for you to ask any additional questions you may have.

Multi Unit Franchise

Muscle Maker Grill will, in some instances, allow for an individual franchisee to obtain the exclusive rights to develop and operate multiple restaurants in a specified territory. In order to determine if an individual is qualified to run multiple units, we will do an analysis to determine the potential franchisee's ability to finance the development, attain qualified managers and ensure their background is conducive to multi-unit operations.

If approved, the franchisee will sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement which will include a development schedule outlining the timeline in which a specified number of Muscle Maker Grill restaurants will open in the territory. The franchisee will be required to pay a development fee equal to the full current initial Franchise Fee for the first restaurant plus a deposit toward the Franchise Fee for each additional restaurant to be developed according to the development schedule. A separate Franchise Agreement will be required for each restaurant.
